SPIDEY SHOWS HE’S NOT A ONE DIMENSIONAL HERO

It’s no secret that the previous few Spider-Man games have left players wanting. The third movie tie-in was badly received, Friend Or Foe was more a game for kids and Web Of Shadows tried to do something to improve over previous games but received mixed reviews. To say the least, they’ve failed to capture the greatness that past games attained. So to recapture players’ attention, developers Beenox are looking to do something different, and to do that they’re delving a little deeper by exploring not just one, but four Spider-Man universes to make a more varied and interesting game. But will it work, or just be four times worse?

Thanks to Doom for pointing out this info. A post on the shoryuken.com forums has some new info and pics from a Japanese magazine, where Nitsuma-san discusses the Fantastic 4 characters that will be in MvC3, Dr Doom, Super Skrull, and Silver Surfer, who he says will be showed off more soon.
