so about kofXIII

I hear great things about it. But like most things I like or want to like I tease myself by not checking on it. Reading up on it ect. I don't want others opinons to delude the experience negatively or positively too much. I know many people like it, and I've never heard anything bad about it so far. I just know that much; and I will try to keep it that way until the game is in my hands already played and thought about.

Im not gonna go digging and going deep in the details.

Instead I patiently await to enjoy the final "console" version in its full splendor. I mean sure, if i could; I'll buy the entire arcade machine and have it in my room or somewhere. But the disk version will suffice. videos and other things I've encountered I turn away and save the links to watch later. However i do listen to the music though.

The only bad things I've heard about this one is that K', Kula, Elizabeth and Raiden were overpowered. The console version is supposed to be rebalanced, so hopefully that won't be a problem. Now I'm just hoping that EX Iori won't be overpowered.

The console version is re-balanced, and everyone who has played it has fallen in love. Arcade players refuse to play the arcade version anymore now that they've had a taste of the console version.

One of our staff members on this site has tested the console version extensively and let's just say came out extremely impressed. He cannot release any details of this game (despite knowing how damn good it is so far), but let's just say it's about damn time and SNK/Atlus knows they have an incredible game on their hands.

How they market it to do well is another story.

We will hold a large event in Houston, TX for our annual involvement with Big Bruno at Oni-Con so it's going to rock and Oni-Con weekend lands the same week as KOF XIII's Console release.

Atlus is giving a pre-order bonus with the game of 4 discs of OSTs. 3 are supposed to come from KOFXIII, and the last one is a compilation of tunes from across the series. I've never wanted to pre-order something so much.

There goes my (huge longshot) hope that they would be songs from the old ASTs with better sound quality.

Oh well, free SNK music that isn't KOF 2001 is always a good thing.
