I wonder if Capcom could do this game, as the sequel to Network Transmission. This game takes place some time after Battle Network 6 in which Megaman returns to the net as Lan's pet, as there is a new foe. New navis in the game include Machinegun Man, TwinBlade Man, Crossbow Man, and Ketsui. New characters are Smoke (owner of Machinegun Man), Tetsu (owner of TwinBlade Man), and Linn (owner of Ketsui). There are rumors of an unknown group interested in creating the ultimate net being: Harkana Perfect. Net regions will include ruined city, warzone, forbidden net temple, and many more areas, up to the final ares: Hell's Maw.
