Uh, this TV is sick. We thought the Panasonic ultra thin plasma was thin. Pioneer's Project Kuro screen here is only 8mm thin and the colors simply smoked the Panasonic. - Trieu (trieu)

No photo manipulation here. This TV is that thin. Look out for this in 2010, but Pioneer did not confirm when it would be released. We would guess it would compete with Panasonic's version, hence the timeframe - Trieu (trieu)

Pioneer's new flagship Elite AV Receiver. Using the new Class D amplifier, the theory behind this is to run more efficiently by using less energy and being able to process more information simultaneously. Generally Class D amps sound unnatural and reproduce the highs poorly - Trieu (trieu)

We think Pioneer wants to be the leader in the Audio market as it does the Video sector. This is a serious AV receiver - Trieu (trieu) Last comment 05/11/2008.

Pioneer's separate amp/pre-amp beasts for home theater usage. Also uses the Class D technology, but generally with separates, sound and picture quality is maximized as the internal interference is minimized - Trieu (trieu)

Yeah, this guy's a beast. Pre-amp portion, which is where the processing and audio/video switching occurs. Basically, the brains of the unit. - Trieu (trieu)

The guts or the place where the speakers get's it's power. Both pieces are tentatively priced at $7000 USD MSRP. Not bad if you compare them to other equivalent products on the market - Trieu (trieu)
